2023年3月15日、シントン・ラーピセートパン大使は横浜市で開催された「にっぽん-大使たちの視線写真展2022」の開会式に実行委員として出席しました。式典では、名誉総裁を務める高円宮妃殿下がご出席され開会の言葉を述べられた他、横浜市の山中竹春市長、実行委員長であるルクセンブルク大公国のピエール・フェリング大使が挨拶を述べました。
「にっぽん-大使たちの視線写真展2022」のテーマは『Japan－on the move』で、選考作品の展示会が順次国内各地で催されてきました。同写真展の作品には、大使や外交団の日本へ向ける視線が表現されていると共に、写真を通して日本人と外交団との間に親近感や友情が構築されています。
