故プミポン・アドゥンヤデート前国王陛下御生誕日、ナショナルデー、父の日の記念式典
2024年12月3日火曜日、タイ王国大使館ホールにて、2024年12月5日の故プミポンアドゥンヤデート前国王（ラーマ9世）御生誕日、タイ王国のナショナルデー、タイの父の日を記念して、大使館ホールにて式典が執り行われました。式典にはウィッチュ・ウェチャーチーワ大使をはじめ、タイ王国大使館職員、タイ王国各関連事務所長及びその配偶者が参加しました。式典は、ウィッチュウェチャーチーワ大使が前国王の肖像の前にて献花をし、敬愛と思慕の言葉を述べました。また、故プミポン・アドゥンヤデート前国王陛下の托鉢儀式と法要も執り行われ前国王陛下を偲んで、大使をはじめ、タイ王国大使館職員、タイ王国各関連事務所長及びその配偶者、そして在日タイ人100名程の参加者全員による瞑想が行われました。

大使館は石川県能登半島地震の被災地に支援物資を寄附
2024年1月10日、在東京タイ王国大使館は、石川県能登半島地震で被害に遭われた方々に対し、特定非営利活動法人（NPO法人）YOU-Iご協力のもと、被災地支援のため第1回目となる支援物資を送付しました。また、それらの支援物資は、NPO法人のとルネご協力のもと、2024年1月14日に石川県七尾市にて被災した在日タイ人グループのもとに届けることができました。寄附した支援物資は、風邪薬、解熱剤、サプリメント、経口補水液、マスク、そして生活必需品として、ティッシュペーパー、トイレットペーパー、生理用品などがあり、その他にも現在送付の準備を進めている支援物資として、タイの魚の缶詰、菓子類、飲料水などがあり、それらの支援物資もNPO法人YOU-Iやその他現地団体を通して被災者の方々に送付する予定です。
