The exchange program between the two institutions is an ongoing project. In November 2022, the 2nd year students from the Ecole de Patisserie et de Cuisine Kokusai School took a short-term exchange program in Bangkok to learn about Thai cuisine and culture. This year, students from the Chitralada Institute of Technology visited Japan from 26 June to 3 July to experience the art of making Japanese confectionery and Japanese cuisine.
