March 2014, Minister Singtong Lapisatepun gave a lecture at the seminar organized by the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) of the Cabinet Office, Government of Japan. In his talk under the subject “What Japan should do more at the time of crisis” to officers of the Cabinet Office, Minister Singtong talked about his experience in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake in March 2011 and assistance from Thailand at that time.
