2018年２月16日、スウィット・メーシンシー科学大臣とチュートチャーイ・チャイワイウィット臨時代理大使は、タイのNational Science and Technology Development Agency（NSTDA）と日本の国立研究開発法人 農業・食品産業技術総合研究機構（NARO）における、バイオテクノロジー分野の研究開発協力に関する覚書（MOU）の調印式に立ち会いました。 2018年２月16日、スウィット・メーシンシー科学大臣とチュートチャーイ・チャイワイウィット臨時代理大使は、タイのNational Science and Technology Development Agency（NSTDA）と日本の国立研究開発法人 農業・食品産業技術総合研究機構（NARO）における、バイオテクノロジー分野の研究開発協力に関する覚書（MOU）の調印式に立ち会いました。
