大使が大相撲7月場所優勝力士に「タイ日友好杯」を授与
2023年7月23日、シントン・ラーピセートパン大使は、愛知県のドルフィンズアリーナ(愛知県体育館) にて大相撲7月場所の千秋楽に出席し、優勝した関脇の豊昇龍に「タイ日友好杯」を授与しました。同杯のトロフィーはチェンライ・エレファント・プロジェクトで製作した象のトロフィーです。
タイは日タイ修好130周年記念の2017年から、東京で開催される場所で優勝した力士に向けて「タイ日友好杯」の授与を継続してきました。さらに日タイ修好135周年記念の2022年には、トロフィーを新しく象の形のものに変更して授与しています。...
