On 30 June 2022, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, welcomed Mr. MATSUTA Tomomi, Mayor of Misato Town, Akita Prefecture.
Ambassador thanked Misato Town, which is the host town for Thai badminton athletes during the Tokyo Olympics, and for sending overwhelming support to the Thai athletes.
