Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Permanent Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, attending the 5th Japan-Thailand Political Partnership Consultaions (JTPPC) held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan in Tokyo.  At the JTPPC, overall bilateral issues were discussed.
