2024年10月4日、ウィッチュ・ウェーチャーチーワ大使、工業参事官事務所のキッティパン・バンイーカン公使参事官一行は三菱自動車工業㈱の招待で愛知県のトヨタ自動車工業㈱元町工場を訪問しました。大使一行は自動車の組み立て工程、EV電池製造、工場用水素の製造などを視察しました。

2022年12月1日、トヨタ自動車(株) 渉外広報本部の長田准本部長一行が12月14日にバンコクで開催されるトヨタ・モーター・タイランド60周年記念式典に関して報告するためシントン・ラーピセートパン大使を表敬訪問しました。
長田本部長はタイ政府が日頃より同社の事業を支援していることに対して感謝の言葉を述べました。双方はまた、両国の経済推進のための相互協力、日本の重要な生産拠点としてタイの電気自動車産業を強化する方針についても話し合いました。
