State Minister for Postal Reform and Financial Services paid a courtesy visit to Ambassador

On 31 August 2011, Mr. Shozaburo Jimi, State Minister for Postal Reform and Financial Services, paid a courtesy visit to Ambassador Virasakidi Futrakul.  The purpose of the visit was to invite Bangkok and Chiang Mai Governors to attend the Asian Environmental Cities Summit during 11-12 October 2011 in Kita Kyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

... the Fukuoka area consisting of students, entrepreneurs, several fields of labour and housewives. This aimed to strengthen the network of the Thai community in the Fukuoka area. In addition, it promoted the newly opened Royal Thai Consulate-General in Fukuoka in the fiscal year 2019. This will help to tie the relations between Thailand and Japan as well as extend the local level relations. The most important thing is to enhance the quality of services for Thai people residing in Japan and for the protection department to be more efficient.
