“OMOTENASHI” Cooking Legacy Project creates special Thai dishes by using local ingredients.
On 4 August 2021, representatives of the Royal Thai Embassy in Japan participated in “OMOTENASHI” Cooking Legacy Project. This online food-tasting event was jointly organised by the Headquarters for the Promotion of the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games under the Office of the Prime Minister of Japan, Happo-en Tokyo Restaurant, and Host Town authorities.
