2018年12月6日、バンサーン・ブンナーク大使は、濱田剛史高槻市長、ナルチャイ・ニンナート大阪総領事代理が、バンコクのサミティベート病院と大阪の高槻病院との間で交わされたMOUに立会人として出席しました。 2018年12月6日、バンサーン・ブンナーク大使は、濱田剛史高槻市長、ナルチャイ・ニンナート大阪総領事代理と共にバンコクのサミティベート病院と大阪の高槻病院との間で交わされたMOUに立会人として出席しました。サミティベート病院グループ会長のチャイラット・パンテゥラアンポーン医師と愛仁会理事長の内藤嘉之医師が出席しました。今回のMOUは、「サミティベート日本地域病院」をタイ国に開設するために交わされました。バンコクとその近郊に在住する邦人及び東南アジア地域に住む邦人を対象に医療サービスを行うことを目的としており、投資、ビジネス或いは居住目的でタイに在住する日本人を医療の面で協力できることが期待されます。また、高槻病院の医師や看護師がサミティベート病院の職員にアドバイスや研修を継続的に行います。現在、タイ在住日本人は7万人となり、東南アジアでは最も大きな日本人コミュニティとなっています。
