2025年9月19日と20日に、ウィパーウィー・ランシマーポーン公使、ナター・ウドムモンコンクン参事官兼領事と大使館職員一行は、長野県長野市生涯学習センターにて長野県及びその周辺地域在住のタイ人に向けて領事業務を行いました。 今回の移動領事では、タイ人向けの相談窓口を含め、旅券の更新や戸籍に関する一般的な領事業務を行い、約 93 名の申請者が手続きを行いました。その他、在日タイ労働担当官事務所による労働相談窓口を実施しました。

2025年7月19日、シリモン・アティペート公使参事官、ナター・ウドムモンコンクン参事官兼領事と大使館職員一行が、千葉県成田市パークナム寺院にて千葉県及びその周辺地域在住のタイ人に向けて領事業務を執り行いました。 今回の移動領事では、タイ人向けの相談窓口を含め、旅券の更新や戸籍に関する一般的な領事業務を行い、約100名の申請者が手続きを行いました。その他領事サービスに加えて、タイ人ボランティアにより運営されている団体「在日タイ人ネットワーク（TNJ）」も、タイ国民へのサポートと支援を行いました。
